Upon booking payment of 30% as a deposit, non-refundable in case of cancellation within 15 days before check-in.
In case of an overnight stay longer than two nights, a discount will be applied at the time of booking.
For single overnight stays, we kindly ask you to request a discount (coupon) via email, which must be entered at the time of online booking.
For families of more than 4 people there is the possibility of using communicating apartments. In this case the stay must be at least 7 nights. For info contact us.

What is a self-contained breakfast?
By self-contained breakfast we mean: all breakfast products (coffee, milk, cakes, local jams, etc …) are left in the apartment and you will only have to warm up the milk with coffee or tea. The breakfast is typical Italian, that is sweet, in case you want a salty breakfast or other preferences please send us an email specifying what you want.
Are check-in and check-out times flexible?
Yes. The hours are flexible just specify it at the time of booking and kindly send a message one hour before your arrival at the facility. It is also possible a late check-out until 7 pm paying a supplement.
Is a laundry available?
Yes, there is a coin-operated laundry room with washing machine, detergents, iron and table in common with the other apartments.
